WELCOME TO BBQ MAGAZINE ONLINE!

We are located on the Central Coast of California (Pismo Beach).  We are 15 miles to the north of world famous Santa Maria (Santa Maria Style BBQ).  We also boast the home of Tri Tip.  The purpose of our site is to bring together BBQ recipes from around the world and share them for free with everyone.  We usually BBQ 4 or 5 times a week and are experimenting with different woods and recipes.  Please create a free account and enter your favorite BBQ sauce, recipe, rub, side dish, or just whatever you think would be a helpful part of our site.  If you enter a recipe I promise I will try it and let you know how it turned out. Ingredients:

  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Fresh Serano Chilie (seeded)
  • 2 TBSP Finely Chopped Onion
  • 4 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Finely Grated Lime Rind
  • 4 TBSP High Quality Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP White Rum (Bacardi or Equivelent)
  • 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1 TSP Cumin
  • 1 TSP Pepper
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Fresh Oregano (chopped finely)
  • 1TBSP Fresh Cilantro (chopped finely)
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Mint (chopped finely)

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Rub on meat, pork, poultry, fish or seafood.

Makes enough for about 2 lbs meat, poultry, fish or seafood
