And if you try any that are on here let us know what you thought.  Bon appetite!

BBQIngredients:
  1. 12 Jalapeno Peppers
  2. 1 Package (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
  3. 1/4 lb. of cooked sausage (optional)
  4. 1 lb. Thin Sliced Bacon
  5. 24 Toothpicks

Directions:

  1. Soak toothpicks in cold water.  The longer the better but at least 1 hour.
  2. Cut a slice lengthwise in the jalapeno to make enough space to remove seeds (save the piece you cut out).  Make sure not to split the pepper when you do this.
  3. Remove seeds and wash jalapeno with cold water.
  4. Mix sausage and cream chees in a seperate bowl.
  5. Put cream cheese mixture inside jalapeno and replace the strip you cut to remove seeds.
  6. Wrap bacon in a spiral fashion around stuffed pepper.
  7. BBQ or Grill until the bacon is cooked.
  8. Eat and enjoy.
  • Sometime's ranch dressing or another sauce goes well with this to cool the fire.
  • Some jalapeno's are hotter than others and making sure to get all the seeds helps keep them cooler.
